1/2 cup baking soda (aluminum free)
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbspn Himalayan salt
1 or 2 drops of Neroli essential oil
Add each ingredient to your bath while it’s running. Once you have reached your preferred temperature, soak and relax for at least twenty minutes, repeating twice a week. This bath is particularly relaxing so it’s best carried out before bed. Once you are tucked in and about to drift off to dreamland, drink a glass of lemon water to help cleanse your system further. Don’t worry if you notice an increase in perspiration in the first few weeks – this is your body eliminating toxins.
