A RAINFOREST IN CENTRAL LONDON
As the London Festival for Architecture approaches, an unusual surprise has sprung up in the heart of Central London. Developed by a Chilean-German architecture firm, the pavilion mirrors an abstract rainforest environment, with tree-like structures dripping water on to the rocky landscaping below. If you can’t make it to South America this summer, swing by Bedford Square for your tropical microclimate fix instead. Mosquito repellent not needed.
