Mother’s Day will soon be upon us, so we decided to kidnap some of the coolest mamas in town and their kids for a fun Q&A session.
Caline Chaya Chaoul is responsible for the Aïshti Spas and restaurants. Youmna studied industrial design then food management and works for the family business BlattChaya, always eager to innovate and to give her all. Caline has always been passionate about cuisine, and influenced Youmna to be so, too. They join forces during their spare time to help those in need: they cook for them and collect donations to help organisations.
