I LOVE PARIS
Airports are known for many things – long lines, sleeping on benches, and the smell of stale air. But now one airport at least may be on the road to becoming a center of fine dining. There’s a new restaurant serving Charles de Gaulle travelers who carry tickets for Asia or the US called I Love Paris, located in Terminal 2E. The restaurant offers weary travelers a respite from air travel with luxurious meals including lobster and blanquette de veau (veal ragout).
Diners can bask in an elegant interior designed by India Mahdavi – who knows good taste is more than just food. Just make sure you’re not having such a good time that you miss your boarding call. But don’t worry, you can eat well even in the air: Guy Martin also designed the meals for Air France’s First Class.
