IN DEPTH: SECOND STREET
Second St., a socially conscious new brand that places its own spin on the classic shirt, is forcing the world to change through fashion. Conceived in 2nd Street in New York, the idea is simple: produce progressive clothing that will support budding fashion designers. In collaboration with Creative Space Beirut, the profits from the shirts help to fund free creative education for talented types who lack the financial resources. Sarah Hermez, co-founder of Second St., spills the beans on her deep love for oversized shirts and dogs, amongst other things.
