COUNTESS OF THE MET
The Met’s Costume Institute has announced the focus of their next exhibition: Countess Jacqueline de Ribes. The French aristocrat and friend of Diane Vreeland was known for her theatrical gowns, many of which she helped design or adjust herself. The exhibit will feature a selection of the Countess’s 1,000 costumes, including pieces designed by Armani and Pucci.
The exhibit, entitled “The Art of Style,” will run from November 19, 2015 until February 21, 2016.
