KANE’S FLOWER POWER
Set across two floors of a Victorian workshop, Christopher Kane’s spring 2014 show was a clean, crisp affair that retained Kane’s signature optimism. The word “flower” was repeated across a punchy collection that was both playful and smart. Well structured garments in sorbet tones, black and cream were softened with pleats, fluid cut-outs, clusters of crystals and lashings of silk. Kane brought a mid-week boost off energy to London Fashion Week.
